إن كنت مسجّلًا الدخول فاضغط الزر أدناه. وإن لم تكن، فأدخل البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في حسابك لنرسل إليه رابط تأكيد صالحًا لساعة واحدة؛ وفي صفحة الرابط تطّلع على ما سيُحذف وتؤكد. لا يُحذف شيء قبل أن تضغط زر التأكيد.If you are signed in, press the button below. فور التأكيد تُلغى مفاتيح API وتسجيلات الدخول في برامج مركز التنزيل، وتُنهى جلساتك على جميع الأجهزة، ولا يعود حسابك يعمل. وعند انتهاء فترة الإمهال (أدناه) تُحذف بياناتك في أكاكوس نهائيًا: محادثاتك ورسائلك، وما رفعته من ملفات وصور، ومشاريعك ومستنداتك، والذاكرة التي حفظها المساعد عنك، وإعدادات مساعدك، ومفاتيح API، وسجلات الاستخدام، ووثيقة توثيق الطالب إن وُجدت، وبلاغاتك عن ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي وسجل موافقاتك، ورموز دخول Google وجلسات تسجيل الدخول المحفوظة.As soon as you confirm, your API keys and the download-center sign-ins are revoked and you are signed out on every device, so your account no longer works. When the grace period (below) ends, your Acacus data is permanently deleted: your conversations and messages, the files and pictures you uploaded, your projects and documents, the memory the assistant kept about you, your assistant settings, your API keys, your usage records, your student verification document if there is one, your reports about AI answers and your consent records, and the stored Google sign-in tokens and sessions.

هناك أمور لا نحذفها عند طلبك، لأسباب قانونية ومحاسبية وأمنية، وهي: هوية تسجيل الدخول (اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وبصمة كلمة المرور)، لأنها مشتركة مع صفحة الدفع والمحفظة مرتبطة بها؛ والمحفظة وسجلات الدفع والرصيد، لأننا نحتاجها للمحاسبة وللالتزامات القانونية؛ وسجلٌّ لأي إيقاف للحساب، حتى لا يعود إلى الخدمة من أُوقف حسابه بحذفه؛ وسجل إجراءات المشرفين على حسابك، وقد أُزيلت منه عناوين البريد الإلكتروني. ولا تُستعمل الهوية المتبقية في المحادثة ولا يعمل بها الحساب بعد الحذف.Some things we do not delete when you ask, for legal, accounting and security reasons: the sign-in identity (your name, your email address and the hash of your password), because it is shared with the payment page and the wallet hangs off it; the wallet and the payment and balance records, which we need for accounting and legal obligations; a record of any suspension, so that someone whose account was suspended cannot return by deleting it; and the log of administrators' actions on your account, with email addresses removed from it. The identity that remains is not used for the chat and the account does not work after deletion.

وتحتفظ النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة بنسخ يومية لمدة 14 يومًا، وأسبوعية لمدة 8 أسابيع، وشهرية لمدة 6 أشهر، فقد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة فيها نحو ستة أشهر قبل أن تُستبدل بنسخ أحدث.Encrypted backups keep daily copies for 14 days, weekly copies for 8 weeks and monthly copies for 6 months, so deleted data can remain in them for up to about six months before newer copies replace them.

فترة الإمهال: 30 يومًاThe grace period: 30 days

لا يُمحى حسابك في الحال، بل تبدأ فترة إمهال مدتها 30 يومًا. خلالها يمكنك استعادة الحساب بتسجيل الدخول ثم الضغط على «استعادة الحساب» في الإعدادات، تبويب «الحساب». فإذا انقضت الفترة حُذفت البيانات المذكورة أعلاه نهائيًا ولا يمكن استرجاعها.Your account is not erased at once; a grace period of 30 days begins. During it you can restore the account by signing in and pressing “Restore account” in Settings, under Account. When the period ends, the data listed above is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

إن كان في حسابك رصيد أو باقة مدفوعةIf your account has a balance or a paid plan

الحذف لا يُرجع مالًا ولا يصرف الرصيد نقدًا: مبالغ الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، والرصيد غير المنفق والمدة المتبقية من الباقة المدفوعة يسقطان بحذف الحساب. فإن كان لديك رصيد أو باقة جارية فنُبيّن لك ذلك في صفحة التأكيد قبل أن تؤكد، وننصحك بالاستفادة منهما أولًا. وبعد انتهاء فترة الإمهال لا تُحذف بيانات حساب فيه رصيد أو باقة مدفوعة تلقائيًا، بل يراجعه أحد موظفينا أولًا ويسجّل أنك على علم بذلك، ثم تُحذف بياناته. وإن لديك سؤال عن رصيدك قبل الحذف فراسلنا على [email protected].Deleting does not return money or pay out your balance as cash: top-ups are non-refundable, and unspent credit and the remaining period of a paid plan are lost when the account is deleted. If you have a balance or a running plan, the confirmation page tells you before you confirm, and we suggest you use them first. After the grace period, the data of an account with a balance or a paid plan is not deleted automatically: one of our staff reviews it first and records that the money is forfeited, and then its data is deleted.
