نموذج الدفعPayment model

الخدمة مسبقة الدفع: تشحن محفظتك بالدينار الليبي (الحد الأدنى 10 د.ل)، وتُخصم التكلفة حسب الاستخدام الفعلي لكل رمز، بالدرهم (0.001 د.ل) مقرّبةً لأعلى، دون حد أدنى للطلب الواحد. الدفع حسب الاستخدام لا يتطلب اشتراكًا ولا رسومًا متكررة، ولا تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد.The service is prepaid: you top up your wallet in Libyan dinars (10 LYD minimum) and are charged by actual per-token usage, billed to the dirham (0.001 LYD) and rounded up, with no minimum per request. Pay-as-you-go needs no subscription and has no recurring fees, and your credit does not expire.

باقات المحادثة اختيارية، وتسري عليها شروط باقات المحادثة، وهي تُكمِّل هذه الشروط وتُقدَّم عند التعارض فيما يخص الباقات.Chat plans are optional and are governed by the chat plan terms, which add to these terms and prevail on plans where they conflict.

الأرصدة والاستردادCredit and refunds

مبالغ الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. الرصيد في محفظتك لا تنتهي صلاحيته ويبقى متاحًا للاستخدام في أي وقت، لكنه لا يُسحب ولا يُسترد نقدًا.Top-ups are non-refundable. The credit in your wallet does not expire and stays available to use at any time, but it cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash.

الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use

توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار أو منتهِك لحقوق الغير، وعدم محاولة تجاوز حدود المعدل أو ضوابط الفوترة. يجوز لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful or infringing purpose, and not to try to bypass rate limits or billing controls. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

الأسعار والتغييراتPrices and changes

قد تتغيّر الأسعار إذا غيّر مزوّد النموذج أسعاره، ونعلن عن أي تغيير قبل 14 يومًا من سريانه، دون فوترة بأثر رجعي. وإذا أجاب نموذج احتياطي لأن المزوّد الأساسي غير متاح، فإن سعر النموذج الاحتياطي هو الذي يُطبَّق على ذلك الرد ويظهر في سجل استخدامك. وقد تتغيّر أسعار النماذج التي نعيد بيعها من مزوّدين آخرين دون إشعار مدته 14 يومًا؛ والسعر الظاهر وقت إرسال الطلب هو السعر الذي تدفعه. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع إشعار معقول.Prices may change if the model provider changes its prices; we announce any change 14 days before it takes effect, with no retroactive billing. If a backup model answers because the main provider is unavailable, the price of the backup model applies to that reply and is shown in your usage. Prices of models we resell from other providers can change without 14 days' notice; the price shown when you send the request is the price you pay. We may update these terms with reasonable notice.

إخلاء المسؤوليةAs-is
