The API balance is for developers only: each API request is charged to it. Chat messages are never charged to the API balance.

تتجدد الحصة المجانية كل يوم، وتُقاس بمقدار النص الذي تعالجه المحادثة، فتُستهلك أسرع مع الملفات والمحادثات الطويلة. إن احتجت المزيد في اليوم نفسه، اختر باقة محادثة من داخل المحادثة وادفع ثمنها ببطاقة مصرفية محلية أو حوالة.The daily free allowance renews every day. It is measured by how much text is processed, so long files and long chats use it faster. If you need more the same day, choose a chat plan inside the chat and pay for it by local bank card or transfer.

لا نحفظ بيانات البطاقات، فتنتهي كل مدة ما لم تجدّدها. نذكّرك بالبريد وفي المحادثة قبل انتهائها بثلاثة أيام، مع رابط للتجديد. ويمكنك إن شئت تفعيل التجديد من رصيد الواجهة البرمجية تلقائيًا.We don't keep card details, so each period ends unless you renew. We remind you by email and in the chat 3 days before it ends, with a renew link. If you like, you can switch on renewing from your API balance automatically.

كل رسالة تُحسب من حصتك بتكلفتها الفعلية لدى مزوّد النموذج، فالرسالة القصيرة تستهلك أقل من الطويلة، والنماذج المتميّزة أكثر من اليومية، وتُستهلك الحصة أسرع في ساعات الذروة. للباقة حصة تتجدد بعد ساعات من بدء استخدامك لها، وحصة أسبوعية تتجدد يوم السبت بتوقيت ليبيا. ترى في المحادثة كم بقي من كل منهما ومتى يتجدد، والحدود قد تتغيّر.Each message counts against your allowance at what it really costs with the model provider, so a short message uses less than a long one, Premium models more than Everyday ones, and allowance is used faster at peak hours. A plan has an allowance that refreshes hours after you start using it, and a weekly allowance that resets on Saturday, Libya time. The chat shows how much is left of each and when it refreshes. Limits can change.

الطلاب: يكفي بريد جامعي ينتهي بـ edu.ly، أو صورة البطاقة الجامعية أو ورقة القيد يراجعها فريقنا ثم يحذفها. نعيد التحقق كل عام دراسي.Students: a university email ending in edu.ly is enough, or a photo of your student ID or registration document, which our team reviews and then deletes. We check again each academic year.

لا يُسترد ثمن المدة الجارية من الباقة عند إلغائها، وتبقى فعّالة حتى نهاية مدتها. مبالغ شحن رصيد الواجهة البرمجية غير قابلة للاسترداد، لكن الرصيد لا تنتهي صلاحيته.Cancelling a plan doesn't refund the running period; it stays active until the period ends. API balance top-ups are non-refundable, but the balance never expires.
