ما نجمعهWhat we collect

بيانات الحساب (اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني أو هوية تسجيل الدخول)، ومحتوى محادثاتك والملفات التي ترفعها وإعدادات مساعدك، وسجلات الاستخدام والفوترة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة ومحاسبتك بالدينار (ومنها إيصال الحوالة إذا دفعت بحوالة مصرفية).Account data (your name and email, or sign-in identity), the content of your conversations and the files you upload, your assistant settings, and the usage and billing records needed to run the service and charge you in dinars (including the transfer receipt if you pay by bank transfer).

ونحتفظ أيضًا ببيانات تقنية عن تسجيلات دخولك (عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لكل جلسة، وللبرامج المنزَّلة من مركز التنزيل اسم الحاسوب وعنوان IP)، ووقت تأكيدك أن عمرك 18 عامًا فأكثر حيث يشترط ذلك نموذج ما، وبيانات توثيق الطالب (بريد جامعي أو وثيقة يراجعها الموظفون وتُحذف بمجرد البتّ فيها)، وملاحظات خاصة بالموظفين عن حسابك، وسجلًّا بأي إيقاف للحساب.We also keep technical data about your sign-ins (the IP address and browser type of each session, and for programs from the download center the computer name and IP address), the time you confirmed that you are 18 or older where a model requires it, your student verification (a university e-mail address or a document that staff review and delete once decided), private staff notes about your account, and a record of any suspension.

كيف نستخدمهHow we use it

نستخدم بياناتك لتنفيذ طلباتك وتشغيل حسابك، ولحماية الخدمة (حدود المعدل ومنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال والأمان)، ولمراجعة المدفوعات، ولإصلاح الأعطال، ولإعداد النسخ الاحتياطية. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم محادثاتك في تدريب النماذج.We use your data to run your requests and operate your account, to keep the service safe (rate limits, preventing abuse and fraud, security), to review payments, to fix faults, and to make backups. We do not sell your data and we do not use your conversations to train models.

لتنفيذ الطلب يُرسل محتواه عبر اتصال آمن إلى مزوّد نموذج اللغة. المزوّد الأساسي هو DeepSeek، وخوادمه خارج ليبيا، وتخضع بياناتك لديه لسياسته الخاصة التي لا نتحكم بها، وقد يشمل ذلك الاحتفاظ بها على خوادم في دول أخرى منها الصين. وإذا تعذّر على DeepSeek بدء الإجابة، نرسل الطلب نفسه مرة واحدة إلى نسخة من النموذج نفسه تستضيفها جهة أخرى عبر خدمة OpenRouter، وهي التي تختار الجهة المستضيفة؛ ونرسله بإعداد يستبعد الجهات التي تعلن أنها تجمع البيانات أو تدرّب نماذجها عليها، وهذا لا يعني أن البيانات لا يُحتفظ بها مطلقًا. ويُبيَّن في المحادثة، تحت الرد، أن نموذجًا احتياطيًا هو الذي أجاب. وإذا أتاح حسابك نماذج إضافية من شركات أخرى واخترت أحدها، فإن الطلب يمر عبر OpenRouter (الولايات المتحدة) إلى الشركة التي تشغّل ذلك النموذج.To answer a request, its content is sent over a secure connection to the language model provider. The main provider is DeepSeek, whose servers are outside Libya; what it does with your data is governed by its own policy, which we do not control, and may include keeping it on servers in other countries, among them China. If DeepSeek cannot start an answer, we send the same request once to a copy of the same model that another company hosts, through the OpenRouter service, which chooses the host; we send it with a setting that excludes hosts that say they collect data or train on it, which does not mean the data is never retained. The chat shows under the reply that a backup model answered. If your account has additional models from other companies and you choose one, the request goes through OpenRouter (United States) to the company that runs that model.

أين تُحفظWhere it is stored

تُحفظ محادثاتك وملفاتك على خوادمنا في ألمانيا، مرتبطةً بحسابك وحده، ولا يصل إليها أي مستخدم آخر. ونُعدّ كل ليلة نسخة احتياطية مشفّرة من قواعد بياناتنا وملفاتنا، ونحتفظ بنسخة منها خارج خوادمنا لدى مزوّد خدمة تخزين سحابي.Your conversations and files are stored on our servers in Germany, against your account only, and no other user can access them. Every night we make an encrypted backup of our databases and files and keep a copy away from our servers with a cloud storage provider.

تُحفظ المحادثة التي تبدأ دون حساب مدة 24 ساعة، مرتبطةً بملف تعريف ارتباط (كوكي) صالح 24 ساعة، ثم تُحذف ما لم ينشئ الزائر حسابًا، وعندها تُنقل إلى حسابه الجديد. وللحد من إساءة الاستخدام نحتفظ ليوم واحد ببصمة أحادية الاتجاه ومفتاحية لعنوان شبكة الزائر.A chat started without an account is stored for 24 hours, tied to a cookie that lasts 24 hours, then deleted unless the visitor signs up, in which case it moves into the new account. To limit abuse, a one-way keyed hash of the visitor's network address is kept for one day.

جهات تعالج بياناتك لحسابناCompanies that process data for us

إضافةً إلى مزوّدي النماذج المذكورين أعلاه: نرسل رسائل الحساب (تأكيد البريد الإلكتروني، وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، والتنبيهات والتذكيرات) عبر خدمة البريد Zoho Mail، فتتلقى Zoho عنوان المستلم ونص الرسالة؛ وإذا لم تقبل Zoho الرسالة أُرسلت من خادم البريد الخاص بنا. ويتم الدفع بالبطاقة في نافذة الدفع الآمنة لبوابة معاملات دون أن نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. وتصل تنبيهات تشغيلية داخلية إلى موظفينا عبر تيليجرام (ومنها اسم الحساب الجديد وبريده الإلكتروني)، وترد تقارير الأعطال التقنية من بوابة الخدمة إلى خدمة Sentry بعد إزالة المفاتيح والأسرار منها.Besides the model providers named above: we send account e-mails (e-mail confirmation, password reset, notices and reminders) through the Zoho Mail service, so Zoho receives the recipient address and the message; if Zoho does not accept a message, it is sent from our own mail server. Card payments are made in the secure payment window of the Moamalat gateway and we do not store your card details. Internal operational alerts reach our staff on Telegram (including the name and e-mail address of a new account), and technical error reports from our gateway go to the Sentry service after keys and secrets have been removed from them.

نستخدم في صفحاتنا العامة التسويقية (لا في المحادثة ولا لوحة التحكم ولا لوحة الإدارة ولا صفحات الدفع والشحن) أداة Meta Pixel من شركة Meta Platforms لقياس فاعلية إعلاناتنا. عند زيارتك هذه الصفحات يُبلغ متصفحك Meta بالصفحة التي فتحتها (حدث PageView) وبعنوان IP وبيانات المتصفح، وقد تتعرّف عليك Meta إن كنت مسجّلًا دخولك في فيسبوك أو إنستغرام. وتضع الأداة ملفي ارتباط من طرف أول باسم _fbp و_fbc في متصفحك لربط زياراتك بالإعلانات.On our public marketing pages (not in the chat, the console, the admin area or the payment and top-up pages) we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure how well our ads work. When you visit these pages your browser tells Meta which page you opened (a PageView event), your IP address and browser details, and Meta may recognise you if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram. The Pixel sets two first-party cookies in your browser, _fbp and _fbc, to connect your visits to ads.

ونرسل إلى Meta حدثين آخرين فقط: إتمام التسجيل (CompleteRegistration) عند تأكيد بريدك الإلكتروني، وإتمام دفعة (Purchase) مع قيمتها بالدينار الليبي، ويُرسل من الصفحة التي تعود إليها بعد الدفع ولا يُرسل معه غيره. لا نفعّل المطابقة المتقدمة، ولا نرسل اسمك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني ولا رسائلك ولا أي رقم حساب أو رقم دفعة. تعالج Meta هذه البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. يمكنك إيقافها بحجب أدوات التتبع وملفات الارتباط في المتصفح أو بتعطيل إعدادات الإعلانات في حسابك على فيسبوك، ويمكنك التواصل معنا للاستفسار.We send Meta only two other events: that you completed sign-up (CompleteRegistration, when your e-mail is confirmed), and that a payment was completed (Purchase) with its amount in Libyan dinars, sent from the page you return to after paying and with nothing else sent. We do not use advanced matching, and we do not send your name, e-mail address, messages, or any account or payment number. Meta uses this data under its own privacy policy. You can stop it by blocking trackers and cookies in your browser or by turning off ad settings in your Facebook account; contact us if you want to ask about it.

قياس الزياراتVisit measurement

يستخدم أكاكوس أداة تحليلات خاصة به تحترم الخصوصية (Umami، على خادمنا، دون ملفات ارتباط ودون أي محتوى من رسائلك) لعدّ زيارات الصفحات والخطوات مثل التسجيل. وفي الصفحات العامة وصفحات التسجيل ودخول الحساب قد تسجّل الأداة أيضًا نقراتك وتفاعلك مع الصفحة دون هوية، مع إخفاء كل ما يُكتب. ولا يجري ذلك أبدًا في المحادثات ولا لوحة التحكم ولا صفحات الدفع.Acacus uses its own privacy-friendly analytics (Umami, on our own server, with no cookies and no message content) to count page visits and steps such as sign-up. On the public pages and the sign-up and sign-in pages it may also record clicks and anonymised page interactions, with everything typed hidden. This never happens in chats, in the console or on payment pages.

عند استعمال إضافة Acacus Code في محرر الشيفرة تُرسل إلى خدماتنا الرسائل التي تكتبها، وسياق الشيفرة الذي تختار تضمينه أو الذي يقرؤه الوكيل في المحرر (مثل الملفات والمقاطع المحددة)، وعند تفعيل الإكمال التلقائي الشيفرة التي قبل المؤشر وبعده. وتُرسل هذه البيانات إلى مزوّدي النماذج أنفسهم الذين تعتمد عليهم المحادثة وفق القسم أعلاه. ويسجّل الدخول من المحرر برمز دخول خاص بالمحرر لا نحفظ منه إلا بصمة غير قابلة للعكس، وينتهي إن لم يُستعمل 30 يومًا، ويظهر في صفحة الأجهزة في لوحة التحكم (باسم الحاسوب وعنوان IP) ويمكنك إبطاله منها في أي وقت. وتسجّل الخدمة بيانات الاستخدام اللازمة لاحتساب حصتك. ولا ترسل الإضافة بيانات قياس أو تتبع استخدام إلينا ولا إلى جهة أخرى.When you use the Acacus Code extension in a code editor, it sends to our services the messages you write, the code context you choose to include or that the agent reads in the editor (such as files and selections), and, if you turn on inline completion, the code before and after the cursor. This data goes to the same model providers the chat uses, as set out above. You sign in from the editor with a token specific to the editor, which we store only in a one-way hashed form; it expires if unused for 30 days, it appears on the devices page of the console (with the computer name and IP address) and you can revoke it there at any time. The service records the usage data needed to count your allowance. The extension does not send telemetry or usage tracking to us or to anyone else.

مساعد المواقعWebsite assistant

عندما يسأل زائرٌ مساعدَ الموقع الذي تضيفه شفرة إلى موقع ما، نحفظ السؤال والإجابة، والصفحات التي اعتمدت عليها الإجابة، ولغة السؤال، ووقته، وبصمة غير قابلة للعكس لعنوان IP تُحسب مع قيمة تتغيّر يوميًا، ولا نحفظ عنوان IP نفسه. نستخدم هذا السجل لمعرفة الأسئلة التي لا تجيب عنها صفحات الموقع، ولمتابعة جودة الإجابات. نحذف هذا السجل بعد 90 يومًا، أو قبل ذلك عند حذف مساعد الموقع. ولأن الإجابة تُولَّد بنموذج اللغة نفسه، يُرسل السؤال ونصوص الصفحات ذات الصلة إلى مزوّد النموذج.When a visitor asks a website assistant that Shafra adds to a site, we store the question and the answer, the pages the answer relied on, the question's language and time, and a one-way hash of the IP address computed with a value that changes daily. We do not store the IP address itself. We use this log to see which questions the site's pages don't answer, and to check the quality of the answers. We delete this log after 90 days, or earlier when the website assistant is deleted. Because the answer is generated by the same language model, the question and the relevant page text are sent to the model provider.

الاحتفاظ والحذفRetention and deletion

يمكنك حذف أي محادثة بنفسك، أو حذف حسابك من لوحة التحكم. عند حذفك حسابك تُلغى مفاتيح API وتُنهى جلساتك على جميع الأجهزة فورًا، ويمكنك استعادة الحساب خلال 30 يومًا؛ وإذا حذفنا نحن حسابًا فمدة الاستعادة أقصر (7 أيام). بعد ذلك تُحذف بيانات الحساب في أكاكوس: المحادثات والملفات والإعدادات والمفاتيح وسجلات الاستخدام وأي وثيقة توثيق طالب. ونحتفظ بهوية تسجيل الدخول المشتركة مع صفحة الدفع، وبسجلات الدفع والرصيد التي نحتاجها للمحاسبة، وبسجلٍّ لأي إيقاف للحساب. والرصيد غير المُنفق لا يُسترد (مبالغ الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد). وتحتفظ النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة بنسخ يومية لمدة 14 يومًا، وأسبوعية لمدة 8 أسابيع، وشهرية لمدة 6 أشهر، فقد تبقى البيانات المحذوفة فيها نحو ستة أشهر. وتُحفظ سجلات خادم الويب نحو 14 يومًا. وتُمحى عناوين IP في مركز التنزيل بعد 30 يومًا، وعناوين البريد الإلكتروني في سجل إجراءات المشرفين بعد 90 يومًا.You can delete any chat yourself, or delete your account from the console. When you delete your account, your API keys are revoked and you are signed out on every device at once, and you can restore the account for 30 days; if we delete an account, the restore period is shorter (7 days). After that the account's Acacus data is deleted: conversations, files, settings, keys, usage records and any student verification document. We keep the sign-in identity shared with the payment page, the payment and balance records, which we need for accounting, and a record of any suspension. Unspent credit is not refunded (top-ups are non-refundable). Encrypted backups keep daily copies for 14 days, weekly copies for 8 weeks and monthly copies for 6 months, so deleted data can remain in them for up to about six months. Web server logs are kept for about 14 days. IP addresses of the download center are blanked after 30 days, and e-mail addresses in our administrators' action log after 90 days.
