المحتوى غير القانوني والضارIllegal and harmful use

توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار أو منتهِك لحقوق الغير. وتُشغِّل النماذجَ شركاتٌ أخرى لها سياسات استخدام مقبول تمنع، ومنها المحتوى غير القانوني وإيذاء القاصرين والبرمجيات الخبيثة والاحتيال، وبعض هذه الشركات يشترط علينا إلزام مستخدمينا بقواعدها؛ فأنت توافق باستعمالك الخدمة على الالتزام بقواعد مزوّد أي نموذج تستعمله.You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful or infringing purpose. The models are run by other companies whose acceptable-use policies ban, among other things, illegal content, harming minors, malware and fraud, and some of them require us to bind our users to their rules; by using the service you agree to follow the rules of the provider of any model you use.

الصور والفيديو والصوت المولَّدة (الاستوديو)Generated pictures, video and audio (Studio)

لا يجوز أن تطلب من نموذج إنشاء صورة أو فيديو أو صوت محتوى:You may not ask a generation model for an image, video or audio that:

• يُظهر شخصًا حقيقيًا أو يحاكي صوته دون موافقته؛shows a real person or imitates their voice without their consent;
• يُقدَّم على أنه حقيقة لخداع الناس؛is presented as real in order to deceive people;
• فيه أي استغلال جنسي لقاصر، أو محتوى جنسي أو عنيف يخص قاصرًا؛sexually exploits a minor, or is sexual or violent content involving a minor;
• يحرّض على العنف أو الكراهية أو يضايق شخصًا؛incites violence or hatred or harasses a person;
• ينتهك حقوق الغير، كعلامة تجارية أو عمل محمي.infringes others' rights, such as a trademark or a protected work.

وفي الصور والفيديو يفحص الاستوديو الوصفَ الذي تكتبه قبل أي إنشاء، فيرفض تلقائيًا الطلبات التي فيها محتوى جنسي أو إباحي أو عري، أو أطفال أو قاصرون، أو عنف أو دماء أو أذى للآخرين، أو أشخاص حقيقيون أو شخصيات عامة (صِف شخصية خيالية بدلًا من ذلك). وهذا فحص آلي بالكلمات والأنماط وقد يرفض أكثر مما يلزم. وقد ترفض الجهة المشغّلة للنموذج الطلب من جهتها أيضًا. وأنت مسؤول عن استعمال ما يُنشأ، ولا تقدّمه للآخرين على أنه حقيقي.For pictures and video, the Studio checks the description you write before anything is made, and refuses by itself requests that involve sexual, explicit or nude content, children or minors, violence, gore or harm to others, or real people or public figures (describe a fictional character instead). This is an automatic check on words and patterns, and it can refuse more than it needs to. The company that runs the model may refuse a request too. You are responsible for how you use what is made, and you must not present it to others as real.

الحساب والباقات والأجهزةAccounts, plans and devices

الباقة لشخص واحد هو صاحب الحساب. وتُعد الأفعال الآتية إساءة استخدام:A plan is for one person, the account holder. The following are abuse:

• مشاركة الحساب أو بيانات الدخول مع أشخاص آخرين، أو إتاحة الباقة لهم؛sharing the account or sign-in details with other people, or making the plan available to them;
• إعادة بيع الوصول إلى أكاكوس أو إلى حصة الباقة، أو تقديمه لغيرك مقابل أجر؛reselling access to Acacus or to a plan allowance, or providing it to others for payment;
• تشغيل المحادثة آليًا ببرامج أو روبوتات أو سكربتات أو أدوات تتحكم في المتصفح (للاستخدام الآلي واجهة API للمطوّرين، بالدفع حسب الاستخدام)؛driving the chat automatically with programs, bots, scripts or browser-automation tools (automated use belongs on the developer API, at pay-as-you-go prices);
• محاولة تجاوز الحصة أو الحدود أو حد الأجهزة أو ضوابط الفوترة أو حدود المعدل بأي وسيلة؛trying by any means to get around the allowance, the limits, the device limit, the billing controls or the rate limits;
• فتح حسابات متعددة لمضاعفة الحصص المجانية أو حصص الباقات.opening several accounts to multiply free or plan allowances.

حدّ الأجهزة: يمكن أن يكون الحساب المشترك في باقة مسجَّل الدخول على جهازين في الوقت نفسه على الأكثر (ثلاثة في باقات ماكس وماكس بلس وألترا، أو العدد المعلن في صفحة الباقة)، وعند الدخول من جهاز إضافي يُسجَّل الخروج تلقائيًا من أقدم جلسة. أما تسجيل الدخول إلى أكاكوس كود (سطر الأوامر وإضافة المحرر) فلا يُحتسب جهازًا، وله حدٌّ مستقل هو 5 عمليات نشطة لكل حساب، وعند السادسة تُنهى أقدمها.The device limit: an account on a plan can be signed in on at most two devices at the same time (three on Max, Max Plus and Ultra, or the number stated on the plan page), and signing in on another device signs the oldest session out. Sign-ins to Acacus Code (the command line and the editor extension) do not count as devices and have their own limit of 5 active sign-ins per account; a sixth ends the oldest.

ماذا قد نفعلWhat we may do

يجوز لنا رفض طلبك، أو حذف نتيجة، أو إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة. وعند الاشتباه في إساءة استخدام للباقة قد نطلب توضيحًا أو نوقف الباقة مؤقتًا، وعند ثبوت مخالفة جسيمة أو متكررة قد ننهي الباقة دون استرداد ونوقف الحساب. ونُعلمك بالسبب متى أمكن دون الإضرار بالأمان، وإن رأيت أن الإيقاف خطأ فراسلنا وسننظر في طلبك.We may refuse a request, delete a result, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we suspect abuse of a plan we may ask for an explanation or pause the plan, and where a serious or repeated breach is established we may end the plan without a refund and suspend the account. We tell you why where we can without harming security, and if you think a suspension is a mistake, write to us and we will look at your request.
