إلغاء الباقةCancelling a plan

لا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك، فتنتهي كل مدة مدفوعة ما لم تدفع للمدة التالية، ونذكّرك قبل نهايتها بثلاثة أيام في المحادثة وبالبريد الإلكتروني. فإن لم تفعل شيئًا انتهت الباقة وعاد حسابك إلى الحصة المجانية اليومية، دون أي مبلغ مستحق عليك.We do not store your card details, so each paid period ends unless you pay for the next one, and we remind you three days before it ends, in the chat and by e-mail. If you do nothing, the plan ends and your account goes back to the free daily allowance, with nothing owed.

ولإيقاف التجديد صراحةً افتح صفحة الباقات في المحادثة، واضغط «إلغاء التجديد» تحت «باقتك الحالية». الإلغاء يعني إيقاف التجديد فقط: تبقى الباقة تعمل حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة، ولا نرسل تذكيرًا ولا نجددها تلقائيًا. ويمكنك التراجع قبل نهاية المدة بالضغط على «استئناف التجديد».To stop renewal on purpose, open the plans page in the chat and press “Cancel renewal” under “Your plan”. Cancelling means stopping renewal only: the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period, and we send no reminder and do not renew it automatically. You can undo it before the period ends with “Resume renewal”.

التجديد التلقائي من رصيد الواجهة البرمجية خيار معطّل افتراضيًا. إن فعّلته نحاول في اليوم الأخير من المدة، مرة واحدة، خصم ثمن الباقة من رصيد الواجهة البرمجية، ولا يُخصم شيء إن لم يكفِ الرصيد. ويمكنك تعطيله في أي وقت.Renewing automatically from the API balance is off by default. If you switch it on, we try once, on the last day of the period, to take the plan's price from the API balance, and nothing is taken if the balance does not cover it. You can switch it off at any time.

المدة الجارية لا تُستردThe running period is not refunded

ثمن الباقة غير قابل للاسترداد عن الأيام المتبقية من مدة مدفوعة، ولا عن حصة لم تُستعمل. وينطبق هذا عند الإلغاء، وعند اختيار «ابدأ الآن» لشراء الباقة نفسها أو باقة أعلى سعرًا (تنتهي المدة الجارية فورًا دون استرداد أو رصيد)، وعند الترقية بدفع الفرق. ولا نخصم جزءًا من الثمن ولا نجدد الباقة بجزء من المدة، إلا ما يخفضه الرصيد في الترقية.The plan price is not refundable for the remaining days of a paid period, or for unused allowance. This applies when you cancel, when you choose “Start now” to buy the same plan or a higher-priced one (the running period then ends at once, with no refund or credit), and when you upgrade by paying the difference. We never take part of the price or renew a plan for part of a period, except for the credit that lowers an upgrade payment.

متى يُعاد المبلغWhen money is returned

يُعاد المبلغ في ثلاث حالات فقط:Money is returned in three cases only:

• إذا خُصم ثمن الباقة خطأً، أو أكثر من مرة للمدة نفسها دون قصد منك، فيُعاد المبلغ المخصوم خطأً كاملًا. (وإذا دفعت عمدًا لمدتين فتُضاف المدتان.)If the plan price was taken by mistake, or more than once for the same period without your intending it, the amount taken by mistake is returned in full. (If you deliberately paid for two periods, both are added.)
• إذا دفعت مبلغًا لا يطابق ثمن الباقة (مثل حوالة بمبلغ أقل)، فلا تبدأ الباقة، ونتواصل معك لإكمال المبلغ أو إعادته.If you paid an amount that does not match the plan's price (for example a transfer for less), the plan does not start, and we contact you to complete or return the amount.
• إذا أنهينا الباقة أو أوقفنا تقديمها لسبب لا يعود إلى مخالفتك الشروط، فيُعاد ثمن الأيام المتبقية بالتناسب.If we end a plan or stop offering it for a reason other than your breach of the terms, the price of the remaining days is returned pro rata.

يُعاد المبلغ بطريقة الدفع نفسها متى أمكن، أو رصيدًا في رصيد الواجهة البرمجية. وإذا اشتريت بخصم ترويجي فيُحسب أي استرداد على المبلغ الذي دفعته فعلًا. وقد نمدّد مدة الباقة، دون التزام علينا، تعويضًا عن انقطاع طويل في الخدمة.The amount is returned by the same means of payment where possible, or as credit to the API balance. If you bought at a promotional discount, any refund is worked out on the amount you actually paid. We may, without obligation, extend a plan's period to make up for a long outage.

دفعة فاشلة أو مكررةA failed or duplicate payment

تبدأ الباقة عند تأكيد الدفع. فإن خرج المبلغ منك ولم تبدأ الباقة، أو دفعت مرتين للمدة نفسها دون قصد، فراسلنا ليراجع فريقنا الدفعة معك، وتسري عندئذ القواعد المذكورة أعلاه: يُعاد المبلغ المخصوم خطأً أو أكثر من مرة، وإن لم يطابق المبلغُ الثمنَ فنتواصل معك لإكماله أو إعادته.A plan starts when the payment is confirmed. If the money left you and the plan did not start, or you paid twice for the same period without meaning to, write to us and our team will look at the payment with you; the rules above then apply: an amount taken by mistake or more than once is returned, and if the amount does not match the price we contact you to complete or return it.

يُسهّل المراجعةَ أن ترسل لنا بريد حسابك وتاريخ الدفعة ومبلغها وطريقتها وصورة الإيصال أو إثبات الحوالة. ولكل دفعة مكتملة إيصال في حسابك تحت «الباقة والفوترة».It helps to send us your account e-mail, the date, amount and method of the payment, and a picture of the receipt or the transfer proof. Every completed payment has a receipt in your account, under Plan & billing.

الترقية بدفع الفرقUpgrading by paying the difference

إن كانت لديك باقة جارية وأردت باقة أعلى سعرًا، فيمكنك أن تختار «رقِّ إلى …» وتدفع الفرق بدل الثمن الكامل: ثمن الباقة الجديدة المعلن ناقصًا رصيدًا عن الجزء غير المستعمل من باقتك الجارية. وتعمل الترقية هكذا:If you have a running plan and want a higher-priced one, you can choose “Upgrade to …” and pay the difference instead of the full price: the new plan's advertised price less a credit for the unused part of your current plan. It works like this:

• يُحسب الرصيد مما دفعته فعلًا لباقتك الجارية، مضروبًا في الأصغر من نسبتين: نسبة الأيام المتبقية من مدتها، ونسبة الحصة المتبقية من حصتها للمدة. فمن استعمل حصته كلها فلا رصيد له، ومن مُنحت له باقته دون مقابل فلا رصيد له.The credit is worked out from what you actually paid for your current plan, multiplied by the smaller of two shares: the share of its days that is left, and the share of its period allowance that is left. Someone who has used the whole allowance has no credit, and neither does someone whose plan was given free.
• نقرّب الرصيد إلى الأدنى والمبلغ المستحق إلى أعلى دينار كامل، ولا يقل المبلغ المستحق عن عُشر ثمن الباقة الجديدة. ونعرض لك المبلغ قبل الدفع.We round the credit down and the amount to pay up to a whole dinar, and the amount to pay is never less than one tenth of the new plan's price. We show you the amount before you pay.
• تبدأ الباقة الجديدة فورًا لمدة كاملة وبحصص متجددة، وتنتهي باقتك الجارية لحظة تأكيد الدفع. وما اشتريته مسبقًا من مدد لتبدأ بعد باقتك الجارية يبقى محفوظًا.The new plan starts at once for a full period with fresh allowances, and your current plan ends when the payment is confirmed. Periods you had already bought to start after your current plan are kept.
• الرصيد لا يُصرف نقدًا ولا يخفض إلا هذه الدفعة، ولا يجتمع الخصم الترويجي مع الترقية. أما الباقة الأقل سعرًا من باقتك فتُتاح لك عند انتهاء باقتك الجارية.The credit is not paid out in cash and only lowers this one payment, and a promotional discount cannot be combined with an upgrade. A plan priced lower than your current one is available when your current plan ends.

رصيد الواجهة البرمجيةThe API balance

رصيد الواجهة البرمجية (المحفظة سابقًا) للمطوّرين الذين يستعملون الواجهة البرمجية، وهو غير باقات المحادثة: لا تُخصم رسائل المحادثة منه، ولا تشمل الباقاتُ الواجهةَ البرمجية. مبالغ الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ولا تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد ويبقى متاحًا للاستخدام في أي وقت، لكنه لا يُسحب ولا يُسترد نقدًا.The API balance (formerly the wallet) is for developers who use the API, and it is separate from chat plans: chat messages are never charged to it, and plans do not cover the API. Top-ups are non-refundable. The balance does not expire and stays available to use at any time, but it cannot be withdrawn or refunded as cash.

وإذا حذفت حسابك فلا يُرجع الحذف مالًا ولا يصرف الرصيد نقدًا، ويسقط الرصيد غير المنفق والمدة المتبقية من الباقة، فانتفع بهما قبل التأكيد (انظر حذف الحساب).If you delete your account, deleting does not return money or pay out the balance as cash, and the unspent credit and the remaining period of a plan are lost, so use them first (see Delete your account).
