كيف تجري العمليةHow it works

1. اختر باقتك من صفحة الباقات أو من داخل المحادثة، ثم تابع إلى الدفع.Choose your plan on the plans page or inside the chat, and continue to payment.
2. تفتح صفحة الدفع وفيها كل طريقة بذاتها، باسمها وشعارها. اختر طريقتك.The payment page opens with every method as its own choice, each with its name and logo. Pick yours.
3. أكمل الدفع في الصفحة التي تفتح، أو حوّل المبلغ وارفع الإيصال إن اخترت التحويل المصرفي.Complete the payment on the page that opens, or transfer the amount and upload the receipt if you chose the bank transfer.
4. ابق في الصفحة أو عد إليها: تتحدّث تلقائيًا، وتبدأ الباقة فور تأكيد الدفع.Stay on the page or come back to it: it updates by itself, and the plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

الدفع لباقة المحادثة وحدها هنا. شحن رصيد الواجهة البرمجية للمطوّرين يستخدم صفحة الدفع نفسها وبالطرق نفسها، وأقل مبلغ للشحن 10 دنانير.This page is about paying for a chat plan. Topping up the developers' API balance uses the same payment page and the same methods, with a minimum of 10 dinars.

  ليبياناLibyana

  اختر «ليبيانا» في صفحة الدفع، فتفتح صفحة تكمل فيها الدفع برقم ليبيانا الخاص بك. جهّز الرقم والرصيد الذي ستدفع منه قبل أن تبدأ.Choose Libyana on the payment page. A page opens where you complete the payment with your own Libyana number. Have the number, and the balance you will pay from, ready before you start.

  اختر «سداد» وأكمل الدفع في الصفحة التي تفتح بحسابك في سداد.Choose SADAD and complete the payment on the page that opens, with your SADAD account.

• بطاقة محليةLocal card

  بطاقة مصرفية ليبية مفعّلة للدفع عبر الإنترنت. يفتح أكاكوس نافذة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بمعاملات، وتُدخل فيها بيانات البطاقة هناك لا في موقعنا، ولا نحفظها. قد يرسل مصرفك رمز تحقق في رسالة نصية لتأكيد العملية.A Libyan bank card that is enabled for online payments. Acacus opens Moamalat's secure payment window, you enter the card details there and not on our site, and we do not keep them. Your bank may send a verification code by text message to confirm the payment.

  نافذة البطاقة محدودة المدة. إن أُغلقت أو انتهت مهلتها فابدأ عملية جديدة من الصفحة التي جئت منها. وإن لم يظهر خيار «بطاقة محلية» في صفحة الدفع فخدمة البطاقات غير متاحة مؤقتًا، فاختر طريقة أخرى.The card window stays open for a limited time. If it is closed or times out, start a new payment from the page you came from. If Local card is missing on the payment page, the card service is briefly unavailable; choose another method.

• تحويل مصرفي (LYPay)Bank transfer (LYPay)

  حوّل المبلغ نفسه إلى حساب الشركة في مصرف شمال أفريقيا، ثم ارفع صورة الإيصال. تعرض صفحة الدفع اسم المصرف واسم صاحب الحساب ورقم الحساب ورقم IBAN، فانسخها من هناك وحدها ولا تعتمد على أي مصدر آخر.Transfer the exact amount to the company account at North Africa Bank, then upload a picture of the receipt. The payment page shows the bank, the account name, the account number and the IBAN. Copy them from there only, and trust no other source.

  اكتب رقم العملية في بيان التحويل إن أمكن، ليسهل علينا مطابقة الحوالة. الإيصال صورة JPG أو PNG أو ملف PDF بحجم لا يزيد على 5 ميغابايت.If you can, write the payment number in the transfer's statement so we can match it. The receipt is a JPG or PNG picture or a PDF file, up to 5 MB.

  يراجع أحد فريقنا الإيصال بنفسه ثم تبدأ الباقة، فالتحويل لا يكتمل في اللحظة نفسها كالمحافظ والبطاقات. تقبل صفحة الدفع الإيصال حتى سبعة أيام من فتحها، فإن دفعتَ في المصرف بعد انتهاء مهلة الصفحة فارفع الإيصال من الصفحة نفسها.One of our team reviews the receipt, and then the plan starts, so a transfer does not finish at once the way wallets and cards do. The payment page accepts the receipt for seven days after it was opened, so if you paid at the bank after the page timed out, upload the receipt from the same page.

متى تبدأ باقتي؟When does my plan start?

فور تأكيد الدفع. في المحافظ والبطاقات يحدث ذلك عادة خلال لحظات، وتنتقل صفحة الدفع إلى حالة «اكتمل» من تلقاء نفسها. وفي التحويل المصرفي تبدأ الباقة بعد أن نراجع الإيصال.As soon as the payment is confirmed. With wallets and cards that is usually within moments, and the payment page changes to complete by itself. With a bank transfer the plan starts after we review the receipt.

أين الإيصال؟Where is my receipt?

لكل دفعة مكتملة إيصال في حسابك تحت «الباقة والفوترة»، تطبعه أو تحفظه بصيغة PDF.Every completed payment has a receipt in your account, under Plan & billing, which you can print or save as a PDF.

هل أدفع مرة ثانية للتجديد؟Do I pay again to renew?

نعم، فلا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك، وتنتهي كل مدة (30 يومًا) ما لم تجدّد. نذكّرك قبلها بثلاثة أيام.Yes. We don't keep your card details, so each 30-day period ends unless you renew. We remind you three days before.

إن لم يُؤكَّد الدفعIf a payment is not confirmed

خُصم المبلغ ولم تبدأ باقتيThe money left but my plan has not started

1. لا تدفع مرة ثانية. نتحقق من المدفوعات كل بضع دقائق وتكتمل من تلقاء نفسها، فأبقِ صفحة الدفع مفتوحة أو عد إليها.Don't pay a second time. We check payments every few minutes and they complete by themselves, so keep the payment page open or come back to it.
2. إن مرّ نحو ربع ساعة على دفع بمحفظة أو ببطاقة ولم تبدأ الباقة، فراسلنا.If about a quarter of an hour has passed on a wallet or card payment and the plan has not started, write to us.
3. التحويل المصرفي يراجعه أحد فريقنا بنفسه فيستغرق وقتًا أطول. إن مضى يوم كامل على رفع الإيصال دون أن تبدأ الباقة فراسلنا.A bank transfer is reviewed by a person, so it takes longer. If a full day has passed since you uploaded the receipt and the plan has not started, write to us.

راسلنا على واتساب +218 94 380 1609 أو على [email protected]، واذكر رقم العملية الظاهر في صفحة الدفع وطريقة الدفع التي استخدمتها، وأرفق صورة الإيصال إن حوّلت من المصرف. لا ترسل كلمة المرور ولا بيانات البطاقة.Message us on WhatsApp +218 94 380 1609 or write to [email protected]. Give the payment number shown on the payment page and the method you used, and attach the receipt if you transferred from the bank. Never send your password or card details.

ماذا لو دفعت مبلغًا مختلفًا أو دفعت مرتين؟What if I paid a different amount, or twice?

إن كان المبلغ لا يطابق سعر الباقة (كتحويل بأقل منه) فلا تبدأ الباقة، ونتواصل معك لتكملة المبلغ أو إعادته. وإن دُفع أكثر من مرة للمدة نفسها دون قصد أُعيد المبلغ المدفوع خطأً كاملًا.If the amount does not match the plan's price (for example a transfer for less), the plan does not start, and we contact you to complete the amount or return it. If you were charged more than once for the same period without meaning to, the amount taken by mistake is returned in full.

انتهت مهلة صفحة الدفع قبل أن أكملThe payment page timed out before I finished

ابدأ عملية جديدة من الصفحة التي جئت منها. وإن كنت قد دفعت فعلًا أو خُصم منك مبلغ فلا تكرّر الدفع، وراسلنا برقم العملية.Start a new payment from the page you came from. If you did pay, or an amount was taken from you, don't pay again; write to us with the payment number.

الرسومFees

لا نضيف أي رسوم عليك. السعر نفسه بكل طرق الدفع، دون رسوم إضافية.We add no fee. Same price on every method, no extra fee.
