افتح المحادثة واكتب سؤالك. يمكنك تجربة بضع رسائل دون حساب. وبعد إنشاء حساب مجاني تستطيع إرفاق ملفات PDF وصور، والبحث في الويب، واختيار النموذج.Open the chat and type your question. You can try a few messages without an account. After you create a free account you can attach PDF files and pictures, search the web and choose the model.
ماذا يفعل أكاكوس؟What does Acacus do?
يكتب ويلخّص ويترجم ويشرح، ويبحث في الويب مع روابط المصادر، ويقرأ الملفات التي ترفعها. تنظّم عملك في مشاريع، وتصدّر ما يكتبه إلى Word أو PDF.It writes, summarizes, translates and explains, searches the web with links to its sources, and reads the files you upload. You can organize your work in projects and export what it writes to Word or PDF.

بحساب Google، أو بحساب تيليجرام، أو بحساب GitHub، أو بالبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور. الدخول بتيليجرام وGitHub متاح على الموقع فقط، وليس في تطبيق الهاتف.With a Google account, a Telegram account, a GitHub account, or with your e-mail and a password. Signing in with Telegram or GitHub works on the website only, not in the phone app.

اضغط «المتابعة بحساب Google». إن كان لبريد حساب Google حساب في أكاكوس دخلتَ إليه، وإلا أنشأنا لك حسابًا مجانيًا.Press Continue with Google. If the address of your Google account already has an Acacus account, you go straight in; if not, we create a free account for you.
الدخول بتيليجرامSigning in with Telegram
اضغط «الدخول عبر تيليجرام» فتفتح نافذة تيليجرام نفسها لتوافق على الدخول، ثم تعود إلى أكاكوس. إن كنتَ قد ربطتَ تيليجرام بحسابك من قبل دخلتَ إلى ذلك الحساب. وإن لم تكن فعلتَ فسننشئ حسابًا جديدًا، ولا نضمّه أبدًا إلى حساب قائم بالاسم أو الهاتف.Press Sign in with Telegram. Telegram's own window opens for you to agree, then you come back to Acacus. If you linked Telegram to your account before, you enter that account. If you did not, we create a new account, and we never join it to an existing one by name or phone number.

Sign in the usual way first, then link it in Settings, Account, Telegram. The steps are on the Telegram bot page.
حسابي بتيليجرام بلا بريد إلكتروني: كيف أضيف بريدًا؟My Telegram account has no e-mail. How do I add one?
حساب فتحتَه بتيليجرام وحده لا بريد له، فلا تصلك الإيصالات ولا تستطيع استعادة حسابك إن فقدتَ الدخول. أضف بريدًا في أي وقت:An account opened with Telegram alone has no e-mail, so receipts cannot reach you and you cannot get the account back if you lose access. You can add one at any time:
- افتح الإعدادات ثم «الحساب»، واضغط «أضف بريدك»، واكتب بريدك.Open Settings, then Account, press Add e-mail and type your address.
- نرسل إليه رابط تأكيد صالحًا لمدة ساعتين.We send a confirmation link to it. It works for two hours.
- افتح الرابط وأنت مسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب نفسه في المتصفح نفسه، فيُضاف البريد.Open the link while you are signed in to the same account in the same browser, and the address is added.
- لاختيار كلمة مرور استخدم نسيت كلمة المرور.To choose a password, use Forgot password.
لا نقبل البريد المؤقت. وإن كان البريد الذي كتبتَه لحساب آخر أرسلنا إليه تنبيهًا بدل الرابط.Temporary e-mail addresses are not accepted. If the address belongs to another account, we send that address a notice instead of a link.
الدخول بـ GitHubSigning in with GitHub
نأخذ من GitHub بريدك الأساسي المؤكَّد فقط. وإن لم يكن لحسابك فيه بريد مؤكَّد ظاهر فُتح لك حساب بلا بريد، وتضيف بريدًا كما في الخطوات أعلاه.From GitHub we take your verified primary e-mail only. If your GitHub account has none we can use, the account opens without an e-mail, and you add one as in the steps above.
لماذا يطلب GitHub أن أربطه من الإعدادات؟Why does GitHub ask me to link it from Settings?
إذا كان لبريد GitHub حساب في أكاكوس بالفعل، فلا يدخلك الدخول بـ GitHub إلى ذلك الحساب من تلقاء نفسه. فنحن لا نسلّم حسابًا قائمًا لمن يقدّم بريده من موقع آخر، بل نطلب منك أن تثبت أنه حسابك وأنت داخله.If the e-mail on your GitHub account already has an Acacus account, signing in with GitHub does not open that account by itself. We do not hand an existing account to someone who shows the same address from another site; we ask you to prove it is yours while you are inside it.
- سجّل الدخول بالبريد وكلمة المرور (أو أعد تعيين كلمة المرور).Sign in with your e-mail and password (or reset the password).

نسيت كلمة المرورI forgot my password
افتح نسيت كلمة المرور واكتب بريدك، فنرسل إليه رابطًا صالحًا لمدة ساعة. وبعد المحاولات الكثيرة ننتظر بضع دقائق قبل أن نقبل غيرها.Open Forgot password and type your e-mail. We send a link that works for one hour. After many tries in a row, wait a few minutes before the next one.
لا أستطيع إلغاء ربط تيليجرام أو GitHubI can't unlink Telegram or GitHub
لا نفكّ الربط إن كان طريقتك الوحيدة للدخول إلى الحساب، حتى لا تُغلق على نفسك الباب. أضف بريدًا مؤكَّدًا أو كلمة مرور أولًا ثم أعد المحاولة.We don't unlink a method that is your only way into the account, so you can't lock yourself out. Add a confirmed e-mail or a password first, then try again.
سُجّل خروجي من تلقاء نفسهI was signed out by itself
تسمح الباقة بجهازين في الوقت نفسه (ثلاثة في ماكس وماكس بلس وألترا). وعند الدخول من جهاز آخر يُسجَّل خروج أقدم جهاز. تجد أجهزتك وتسجيلات دخول المتصفحات في صفحة الأجهزة والتطبيقات.A plan allows two devices at the same time (three on Max, Max Plus and Ultra). Signing in on another device signs the oldest one out. You can see your devices and browsers on the Devices & apps page.

كيف يُحسب استخدامي في الباقة؟How is my plan's usage counted?
لكل باقة نافذتان: نافذة قصيرة تبدأ مع أول رسالة تُحتسب وتدوم خمس ساعات، وحصة أسبوعية تتجدد يوم السبت الساعة 00:00 بتوقيت ليبيا. ولا تُحسب الرسائل بالعدد بل بحجمها الفعلي، فالرسالة الطويلة والنموذج الكبير يستهلكان أكثر. تُعرض لك النسبة المتبقية في المحادثة.Each plan has two windows: a short one that starts with the first counted message and lasts five hours, and a weekly share that renews on Saturday at 00:00 Libya time. Messages are not counted one by one but by their real size, so a long message and a big model use more. The chat shows what is left.
ماذا يحدث حين تقترب الحصة من النفاد؟What happens when the allowance runs low?
حين يبقى أقل من خُمس الحصة تعمل المحادثة بوضع التوفير: النموذج السريع فقط، وبلا بحث في الويب، ليدوم ما بقي لرسائل أكثر. وحين تُستهلك الحصة لا تُقبل رسائل جديدة في الباقة حتى تتجدد، وتخبرك المحادثة أيها نفد ومتى يعود.When less than a fifth is left, the chat runs in economy mode: the fast model only and no web search, so what is left lasts for more messages. When the allowance is used up, no new messages are accepted under the plan until it renews, and the chat tells you which one and when it comes back.
كيف أرقّي باقتي بدفع الفرق؟How do I upgrade by paying the difference?
إن كانت باقتك جارية وأردت باقة أغلى، اختر «ترقية الآن — ادفع الفرق فقط» من الباقات في المحادثة، فتدفع سعر الباقة الجديدة بعد خصم رصيد عن الجزء غير المستهلك من باقتك الحالية. يظهر لك المبلغ قبل أن تدفع. تبدأ الباقة الجديدة فورًا لمدة كاملة وبحصص جديدة، وتنتهي الحالية عند تأكيد الدفع.If your plan is running and you want a higher-priced one, choose “Upgrade now — pay only the difference” from the plans in the chat. You pay the new plan's price less a credit for the unused part of your current plan. You see the amount before you pay. The new plan starts at once for a full period with fresh allowances, and the current one ends when the payment is confirmed.
الرصيد لا يُدفع نقدًا ويخفّض هذه الدفعة وحدها. أما الباقة الأرخص من باقتك فتتاح لك حين تنتهي الحالية.The credit is not paid out in cash and lowers this one payment only. A plan priced lower than yours is available when your current plan ends.
هل تتجدد الباقة تلقائيًا؟Does a plan renew by itself?
مدة الباقة 30 يومًا، ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك، فتنتهي المدة ما لم تجدّد. نذكّرك قبل انتهائها بثلاثة أيام في المحادثة وبالبريد مع رابط للتجديد. ويمكنك تفعيل التجديد التلقائي من رصيد الواجهة البرمجية، وهو مطفأ افتراضيًا. وإن لم تجدّد عاد حسابك إلى الاستخدام المجاني دون أي مبلغ مستحق.A plan lasts 30 days. We don't keep your card details, so the period ends unless you renew. We remind you three days before, in the chat and by e-mail, with a link to renew. You can switch on automatic renewal from the API balance; it is off by default. If you don't renew, your account goes back to the free allowance and nothing is owed.
كيف ألغي باقتي، وهل يُسترد المبلغ؟How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
الإلغاء يعني إيقاف التجديد: تبقى الباقة فعّالة حتى نهاية مدتها ويمكنك التراجع عنه قبل انتهائها. لا يُسترد ثمن الأيام المتبقية، ويُعاد المبلغ إن خُصم خطأً أو أكثر من مرة للمدة نفسها، أو إذا أنهينا نحن الباقة لسبب لا يعود إلى مخالفتك للشروط.Cancelling means stopping renewal: the plan keeps working until the end of its period, and you can undo the cancellation before then. The price of the remaining days is not refunded. An amount taken by mistake, or more than once for the same period, is returned, and so is the price of the remaining days if we end a plan for a reason other than your breach of the terms.

لا تدفع مرة ثانية. نتحقق من المدفوعات كل بضع دقائق وتكتمل من تلقاء نفسها، والتحويل المصرفي يُراجَع يدويًا فلا يكتمل في اللحظة نفسها. إن مرّ وقت طويل راسلنا على واتساب واذكر رقم العملية.Don't pay a second time. We check payments every few minutes and they complete by themselves, and a bank transfer is reviewed by a person, so it does not finish at once. If a long time passes, message us on WhatsApp with the payment number.

ما الاستوديو؟What is Studio?
وضع في صفحة المحادثة بجانب «محادثة»، تصف فيه ما تريد فتصنع أكاكوس صورة أو أكثر، أو تعدّل صورة لديك. يظهر لك قبل كل توليد ما سيأخذه من حصة باقتك بالنسبة المئوية. الفيديو يبدأ من باقة ماكس.A mode on the chat page beside Chat. You describe what you want and Acacus makes one or more pictures, or edits a picture you have. Before each one you see, as a percentage, how much of your plan's share it will take. Video starts at the Max plan.
هل الاستوديو في الاستخدام المجاني؟Is Studio part of the free allowance?
لا. الاستوديو جزء من باقات المحادثة التي تشمل الصور، ويُحتسب ما تصنعه من حصة باقتك.No. Studio is part of the chat plans that include pictures, and what you make counts against your plan's allowance.
ما الذي لا يصنعه الاستوديو؟What does Studio refuse to make?
لا نصنع صورًا لأشخاص حقيقيين أو أطفال أو محتوى جنسيًا أو عنيفًا. ولا ترفق صورًا خاصة بغيرك، فالصور تُعالج لدى الجهات التي تشغّل النماذج.We don't make pictures of real people, children, or sexual or violent content. Don't attach other people's private pictures: pictures are processed by the companies that run the models.
كم تبقى صوري محفوظة؟How long are my pictures kept?
تُحفظ الصور والمقاطع 30 يومًا من إنشائها في «صوري» ثم تُحذف، ويمكنك حذفها قبل ذلك متى شئت.Pictures and clips are kept in My pictures for 30 days from when they were made, then deleted. You can delete them sooner at any time.

It has its own balance, apart from the chat plans: plans do not cover the API, and chat messages are not charged to its balance. The docs are in English.

ما أكاكوس كود؟What is Acacus Code?
أكاكوس في أدوات البرمجة: إضافة لمحرر VS Code (محادثة بجانب شيفرتك، وتعديلات تقبلها أو ترفضها، وإكمال أثناء الكتابة من باقة العادي)، وبرنامج في سطر الأوامر. كلاهما يستخدم حصة باقتك لا رصيد الواجهة البرمجية.Acacus in your coding tools: an extension for the VS Code editor (chat beside your code, edits you accept or reject, and inline completion from the Standard plan) and a command-line program. Both use your plan's allowance, not the API balance.

نعم، عبر البوت @Acacus_Bot، على حسابك واستخدامك المجاني أو باقتك كما في الموقع. يبدأ الربط من الإعدادات في الموقع: «الحساب» ثم «تيليجرام» ثم «ربط تيليجرام»، فيفتح الزر المحادثة مع البوت، تضغط Start ثم «نعم، اربط».Yes, with the bot @Acacus_Bot, on your own account and your free allowance or plan, as on the website. Linking starts in Settings on the website: Account, then Telegram, then Link Telegram. The button opens the chat with the bot; press Start, then Yes, link.

أين تذهب رسائلي؟Where do my messages go?
تُحفظ محادثاتك مرتبطةً بحسابك وحده. ولتنفيذ طلبك يُرسل نص رسالتك عبر اتصال آمن إلى الجهات التي تستضيف النموذج وتشغّله، وقد تكون خوادمها خارج ليبيا. لا نبيع بياناتك. لا تكتب في المحادثة كلمات مرور ولا بيانات بطاقات أو معلومات حساسة.Your conversations are stored against your account only. To answer you, your message is sent over a secure connection to the companies that host and run the model, whose servers may be outside Libya. We don't sell your data. Don't put passwords, card details or other sensitive information into the chat.
ماذا عن الذاكرة؟What about memory?
الذاكرة مفعّلة افتراضيًا للحسابات المسجّلة، وتحفظ معلومات قصيرة عنك لتستخدمها في محادثاتك اللاحقة. من الإعدادات تعرض ما حُفظ وتعدّله وتحذفه، وتوقف الذاكرة متى شئت. ولا يُحفظ شيء في محادثات التصفح الخفي.Memory is on by default for signed-in accounts and keeps short facts about you for your later chats. In Settings you can see what was saved, edit or delete it, and turn memory off whenever you like. Nothing is saved in incognito chats.
كيف أحذف محادثاتي أو حسابي؟How do I delete my chats or my account?
تحذف أي محادثة بنفسك. ولحذف الحساب كله استخدم صفحة حذف الحساب: تبدأ مهلة 30 يومًا ثم تُحذف بياناتك نهائيًا، عدا ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به لأسباب قانونية ومحاسبية وأمنية.You can delete any chat yourself. To delete the whole account use the account deletion page: a 30-day grace period begins, and then your data is permanently deleted, except what we must keep for legal, accounting and security reasons.
