البوت @Acacus_Bot هو أكاكوس في محادثة خاصة على تيليجرام. تكتب رسالتك فيرد عليك، ويمكنك أن تتابع الحديث نفسه لاحقًا على الموقع، فمحادثاتك تظهر في حسابك هناك أيضًا.The bot @Acacus_Bot is Acacus in a private chat on Telegram. You write your message and it answers, and you can pick the same conversation up later on the website, because your conversations show in your account there too.

يرد بالعربية إن كانت لغة تيليجرام عندك عربية، وبالإنجليزية فيما سوى ذلك. يستقبل الرسائل النصية فقط في الوقت الحالي، ويعمل في المحادثة الخاصة وحدها لا في المجموعات ولا القنوات.It answers in Arabic when your Telegram language is Arabic, and in English otherwise. For now it takes text messages only, and it works in the private chat only, not in groups or channels.

ربط حسابكLinking your account

يبدأ الربط من الموقع دائمًا، ليتأكد أكاكوس أن الحساب حسابك. لا حاجة إلى إدخال كلمة مرور في تيليجرام.Linking always starts on the website, so Acacus can be sure the account is yours. You never type a password in Telegram.

1. سجّل الدخول إلى أكاكوس، وافتح الإعدادات ثم «الحساب» ثم «تيليجرام»، واضغط «ربط تيليجرام».Sign in to Acacus, open Settings, then Account, then Telegram, and press Link Telegram.
2. يفتح الزر محادثتك مع البوت في تيليجرام. اضغط Start.The button opens your chat with the bot in Telegram. Press Start.
3. يذكر البوت اسم حساب أكاكوس الذي سيُربط ويسألك. اضغط «نعم، اربط» إن كان حسابك.The bot names the Acacus account that would be linked and asks you. Press Yes, link if it is your own account.
4. يردّ البوت بأن الربط تم، فاكتب رسالتك لتبدأ. ونرسل تنبيهًا إلى بريد حسابك يذكر حساب تيليجرام الذي رُبط.The bot confirms the link, and you write your message to begin. We also send a notice to your account's e-mail naming the Telegram account that was linked.

رابط الربط يعمل مرة واحدة لمدة عشر دقائق. إن انتهى أو استُعمل فابدأ من جديد من الإعدادات. وإن فتحت البوت وضغطت Start دون الرابط فسيذكّرك بأن الربط يبدأ من الموقع.The link works once, for ten minutes. If it has expired or was used, start again from Settings. If you open the bot and press Start without the link, it reminds you that linking starts on the website.

ليس لي حساب في أكاكوس بعدI don't have an Acacus account yet

أنشئ حسابًا مجانيًا أولًا ثم اربطه كما سبق. ويمكنك أيضًا إنشاء حساب بتيليجرام نفسه من صفحة تسجيل الدخول؛ شرح ذلك في المساعدة.Create a free account first, then link it as above. You can also create an account with Telegram itself from the sign-in page; that is explained in Help.

الأوامرCommands

• /new محادثة جديدة، فيبدأ البوت من صفحة بيضاء. starts a new conversation, so the bot begins from a clean page.
• /usage يعرض استخدامك: ما بقي لك ومتى يتجدد. shows your usage: what is left and when it renews.
• /plans يرسل لك رابط الباقات في الموقع. sends you the link to the plans on the website.
• /unlink يلغي الربط، فلا يرد البوت على حسابك بعد ذلك. removes the link, and the bot no longer acts on your account.
• /link يذكّرك بطريقة الربط من الموقع. و/help يعرض الأوامر. reminds you how to link from the website. /help lists the commands.

لا يمكن إلغاء الربط إن كان تيليجرام طريقتك الوحيدة للدخول إلى الحساب. أضف بريدًا إلكترونيًا مؤكَّدًا من الإعدادات أولًا ثم أعد المحاولة.You can't unlink if Telegram is your only way into the account. Add a confirmed e-mail in Settings first, then try again.

استخدامك وباقتكYour usage and plan

رسائلك في تيليجرام تُحسب من حسابك نفسه: من استخدامك المجاني اليومي أو من نافذتي باقتك، تمامًا كالمحادثة على الموقع، ولا شيء منفصل ولا رصيد ثانٍ. وحين ينتهي استخدامك يخبرك البوت متى يعود.Your messages on Telegram count against your own account: against your free daily allowance or your plan's windows, exactly like the chat on the website. There is nothing separate and no second balance. When your usage runs out, the bot tells you when it comes back.

كيف يُحسب الاستخدام في الباقةHow a plan's usage is counted

لا يتم الدفع داخل تيليجرام. الباقات تُختار وتُدفع في الموقع.Nothing is paid for inside Telegram. Plans are chosen and paid for on the website.

الخصوصيةPrivacy

1. يستقبل البوت الرسائل النصية التي ترسلها في محادثتك الخاصة معه، ورقم حسابك في تيليجرام واسمك واسم المستخدم إن وُجد. لا يقرأ الصور ولا الملفات ولا الرسائل الصوتية.The bot receives the text messages you send in your private chat with it, and your Telegram account number, your name and your username if you have one. It does not read pictures, files or voice messages.
2. تمر رسائلك وردود البوت عبر خوادم تيليجرام، وتحكمها سياسة تيليجرام لا سياستنا. وهذه المحادثات ليست مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف.Your messages and the bot's replies pass through Telegram's servers, which are covered by Telegram's own policy and not ours. These chats are not end-to-end encrypted.
3. نحفظ رقم حسابك في تيليجرام واسمك واسم المستخدم مع حسابك في أكاكوس حتى تلغي الربط أو يُحذف الحساب. ولا يكتب البوت نصوص رسائلك ولا أسماءك في سجلاته.We keep your Telegram account number, name and username with your Acacus account until you unlink or the account is deleted. The bot does not write the text of your messages or your names to its logs.
4. تُعالج رسائلك في أكاكوس كما تُعالج رسائل الموقع. لا تكتب في المحادثة كلمات مرور ولا بيانات بطاقات أو معلومات حساسة.Your messages are processed in Acacus the same way as messages on the website. Don't put passwords, card details or other sensitive information into the chat.

إن لم يعملIf it does not work

«رابط الربط غير صالح»“This link is not valid”

الرابط انتهت مدته (عشر دقائق) أو استُعمل. ابدأ من جديد من الإعدادات ثم «ربط تيليجرام».The link has expired (ten minutes) or was already used. Start again from Settings, then Link Telegram.

«حساب تيليجرام هذا مربوط بحساب آخر»“This Telegram account is linked to another account”

أرسل /unlink إلى البوت أولًا ثم ابدأ الربط من جديد. وإن كان حساب أكاكوس نفسه مربوطًا بتيليجرام آخر فألغِ ذلك الربط من الإعدادات أولًا.Send /unlink to the bot first, then start the link again. If the Acacus account itself is linked to another Telegram, unlink that one in Settings first.

يطلب مني فتح الموقع والموافقة على الشروطIt asks me to open the website and accept the terms

حين نحدّث الشروط أو سياسة الخصوصية يجب أن توافق عليها مرة في المحادثة على الموقع، ثم تعود إلى البوت.When we update the terms or the privacy policy you accept them once in the chat on the website, then come back to the bot.
